背景是：
幾個獵頭說我的工資偏少依現在的工作性質。公司還在裁員。他們給我在原有的工作上加了新的活。原來的就拿少了，現在還在加量。所以在想問老板要多的錢。我的工作現在外麵有招人的。不過比較遠。不想跑太遠。但願他們理智一點給我加了，我就不用再琢磨了。
