昨天和豬頭吃飯

昨天和獵頭吃飯的時候，豬頭詳細問了我的工作情況，還有搬到新地方的感受等等。他還告訴我壞消息說豬頭的工作也不好做，現在的Job Market比幾個月前更差些，找工作的人更多，而新職位卻很少，很多公司沒有新職位，有的公司也隻是那麽很少的幾個職位而已。現在雇人的過程很慢，雇人的公司通常都不是很急，想要Interview更多的人，慢慢挑選。所以找工作的朋友要多一些耐心，總是能找到的，但是花的時間會長些。
