just quickly checked dice, hotjobs, monster....seems very difficult to land a good job now. there might be a few informal ones.
minimum 800k for a 60 old house, 1400sf or so, 6000sf lot or so. Looks my LG is right, we may have to leave this area. In most other places, one bread earner is enough for the family, not here. we're late.
if LG works only, townhouse or those without good schools are the option :((
