I am in the same situation right now. Each time, just give up to fight for my own rights... finally let the boss push to the corner... Although he is noticed to leave the company in 3 more months (got too many complaints from other employees), I am having a very hard time to work there everyday, lots of mental pressures, lots of worries...while the boss is still in power, who knows what kind of things he can do to you.
