Job Summary: GENERAL SUMMARY

This position requires highly advanced level of expertise as a Data Architect who will be responsible for designing, maintaining and building conceptual, logical and physical database models. Candidate should have at the expert level of solid experience in developing and maintaining scalable, robust client-server based production support databases and applications. This position includes database architecture, design, and creation, optimization, deriving conversion and migration methods for existing data, and developing automated conversion and migration methods. The candidate must have extensive experience in data transformations, conversion and interface, data loading, database modeling and performance tuning and optimization. Possess strong Coding and Designing Experience in Oracle PL/SQL & SQL. Have extensive experience in Oracle Back-end, and Forms and Reports for the Front-end, PL/SQL Development i.e. Packages, Stored Procedures, Functions & Triggers using SQL Developer and TOAD as development tools. Have extensive experience in Creating and maintained Database Objects like Tables, Views, Materialized views, Indexes, Constraints, Sequence, Synonyms and Database Link. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow change control guidelines and established standards. The candidate must be able to develop technical documentation as required. Must possess cross-functional team building skills and exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to train or mentor others.

Experience installing, configuring, tuning and troubleshooting database applications and databases. Candidate will be responsible for the planning, installation, configuration, maintenance and production monitoring of database instances and associated software tools.
