ask about chinese consulting company

I got a call from a Chinese IT consultant company，是不是 所說的 ICC？ said
they have a IT position open。 I tell them I donot have any IT background。 She said it doesnot matter， as long as I know how to use computer， they can give me free training。 after one month， I can do the job。 and she said I will work for their client， 但我整個工作關係屬於他們company。 他們給５５k， 一年１０天假， 有保險。

我在想如果這是真的當然好， 可那有天上掉bascuit的事。 IT 也不是一個月training就會的吧。問問大家這是什麽樣的公司， 是不是真的？他們怎麽運作？ 我有green card。

這裏的高人多， 見識廣， 來這問問大家。Thanks
