I have background in accounting but have been in real estate investment area for years. Hard to say my knowledge of financial analytic and products is fairly strong. Just feel my analystic skill (not limited to the financial stuff) and documentation skill is good.

Appreciate if you can share more experience, such as is the exam experience based or book based? Will dip into the exam sample tests help, just as we do for GRE? Any suggestion how to prepare the exam efficiently?
