Have been working for more than 10 years, only changed job twice, each time change, either head hunter or CEO called me to join their company, and always the first time interview then told me want to hire me, now due to green card issue, have to be strict to some certain business field, which is very hurt due to current economy,once talked to recruiter, he agreed with me with extensive experience in A field, with process, it will be easy to transfer from A to B field, but now companies in B field wants to hire people with B experience, even less years experience is fine, told me if I apply to them directly, they may hire me, but through recruiter, they only forward resume with B field, otherwise seemed they did not do a good job, isn't it depressed? Felt incapable myself or not present it well, thinking job is always there, just I did not present well....
