When recruiter talked about company and salary, told me the salary range is A to B, then asked me how much I earned from previous company, told her the salary got from previous company is C, which is 2k higher than B, (but the truth is middle of A and B,) then she said if I can accept D, which is close the real salary I got, then seemed very promising to get the job and asked me whether I can take this or I can not bend down? Told her we can negotiate it later.
Why she saying that is because she wants to close the deal and save cost for employer or want to squeeze more? How to respond her question more properly?
Recruiter 這麽說是想節約雇主的成本還是?
