該選擇哪個呢？

我當前是做international tax的，現在有兩個機會：

A公司上市公司，公司80%的收入從國外來，年銷售8.6B。國外也有很多的工廠，子公司。崗位是international的，應該有很多的學習發展機會。就是離家比較遠，要開車1.5小時。

B公司非上市公司，年銷售1.5B。崗位是federal,state and international，要學習新的聯邦，州稅。好處是離家近，開車35-40分鍾。

我有個兒子要接送。如果去A公司，要請人接送， B則不需要，因為daycare離公司4 miles，順路。

這裏有很多能人，幫我分析一下我應該選擇哪個呢？
