System Administrator - HRIS/Applicant Tracking Systems

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Human Resources
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience - 2 years or more
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience - 2 years or more
- Process Improvement experience - 4 years or more
- Business Objects (XI-R2), Cognos, or other reporting tool experience - 2 years or more
- Analyzing Business/Technical Requirements experience - 2 years or more

Preferred Requirements
- Human Resources, Benefits, Compensation, or Payroll experience
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System Implementation experience
- Project Management experience
- SQL (Structured Query Language) experience
- Microsoft SharePoint experience
