You are not alone. I think excercise and meditation are the best solutions. Jogging, swimming, running treadmill or doing elipiticals at least one hour at moderate or intense speed. Then at night, you can't wait to hit the pillow (don't set alarm clock to wake you up in the morning unless you can get at least 8hr sleep). Why not give it a try? Don't say you don't have time, make time as it is the first thing you need to do if you are going to live for that day!
The benefit is not just mental but also physical, especially for your cardio function :). Good luck!
