For a job like this, it is more important how you deliver your lecture, not too much of the content. If you can deliver a common subject clearly and fun (from student point of view), you have good chance to win over the committee. Using visual aid is always a plus, such as Powerpoint presentation, etc.. Get some student involved actively in the process is a plus, too...
