this is the situation:
i am not promoted, but the ones promoted: one is so bad that i have not seen one that is worse in technique and business analysis, could not do the job independently, i am called to help her, one came to work after me with much less experience.
what should i do? apply to be promoted? just state what i have done? or should i compare myself with the ones promoted when i talk to director?
