it's good that you already found a new job. my advice, move on and good luck with the new job!

remember, when the employer decided to terminate your employment, they already hired lawyers and spent lot of hours training themselves on how to handle this case. unless you have a team of highly trained lawyers guiding you along the way, there is no way to win the case. so, forget about these jerks and focus on your new adventure.
