keep a copy of all the hard evidence. Just in case.

It seems that the company has no formal HR and lacks the code of conduct. You can sue them if they do take the illegal action.

-- You shouldn't have confronted the Sales Manager directly. Also, what do you exactly mean '監視'? Whatever, talk to your boss first, the person to whom you report directly. You don't know the sales manager's background. You dont' know if he has been granted privileges to know some data. In such uncertainty, ask your boss first. This is one of the so-called communication skills. Also, one of the so-called team work skills.

這個經理雇了一個人,這個人領取社會福利,不想工資付給她,想讓我開支票用其他人的名字(她否則不能拿救濟了)經理同意了,我與老板均不同意。我認為這麽做是違法的。於是他到處散布我管的太多了,想take care everything.

-- Ignore her. If your boss said no, then you execute your boss's order. This is like in army. If possible, make other people know that the manager is asking for trouble for the COMPANY, and emphasize that your boss disagree with the manager.

我們單位有一個老太太,專門興風作浪,我很是看不貫。經常背後說人壞話(我聽到過她說每個人的壞話)。總說我壞話,當她看到我與sales manager有矛盾的時候, 就挑撥我們關係,說他不應該這麽對我,我沒有理她。

-- One big mistake when you 沒有理她. it is understandable that you don't like her. But don't make an enemy with such people. Especially when she was on you side and you ignored her, or worse that you showed that you despise her. When she was on your side, you should provide your ears and patience. She was right the sales manager shouldn't treat your like that.

今天她聯係所有的人,花了一上午的時間聯係每個人,說要聯合把我開除。並說再讓我高興幾天(老板下周回來)。

-- Don't worry. If she had to unite "everybody" so as to kick you out, she doesn't have much power. People of power won't talk to others at all. They simply kick you out without your notice, and they would also give your some comfort while they are kicking.

One big lesson, however, is never ever to make enemy on such women. They are not powerful. They are very annoying and can make you unhappy at work.

-- In all, if the company is in HR mess, it is not worthy of working there, unless you have to due to other reasons.
