Got the second phoneinterview with HR(out sourcing), to my surprise, she did not ask more about my experience and did not talk about job responsibility, just straighten out about salary, asked me about previous salary, (sorry did not have time to read 美國老土的blog)I told her, then she counter-offered at 60%, told her shall we talk about responsibility of this position and leave salary there? told me if I am still interested in this position, call her tomorrow. NO, I wont call her as if call her, means I lose. Any suggestion? My friend told me they want to hire, but dont want to pay that much, do you think they are serious on this or at least need to meet the market price?
