真煩呀, 找工作難,難,難。

真煩呀。找工作難。公司要的skills,你要什麽都會， 而切都答對，英語要perfect。否則沒門。
算我走運，這星期3個on-site interview。第一個就敗了，當場就讓寫特別corner的程序，就是他也得花兩個小時寫。
第二個，interview 問題都答對了。還問我願幹哪個職位，工資....。可今天recruiter 說,hiring manager 說team喜歡我technical skills, 但communication差點。 又被拒了。哼，要是我communication不好，我怎麽能聽懂你們的問題又都答對呢?當然英語不是我的母語。早知如此，phone interview後就別讓我on-site interview。俺也是PhD在美國工作十多年了。有話直說好了。

第三個還不知道結果呢。
真受打擊!!! 到這發泄一下。還得接著幹。這什麽時候到頭啊!!!
