我親身體驗過~~ 千萬不能接受counter offer ......

我以前有過這樣的經曆，和老板辭職，老板提出加工資50%比我要跳得還高，我就留下了，結果是老板在我留下期間下次發工資前找人頂替我的工作，並在發工資時沒有兌現他的承諾，我氣得辭了職，兩個工作都沒了。 yijibang說的對，老板隻是權益之計，留下來，你早晚要被踢走！
