Business does not permit hesitate -> hesitation.

One potential problem for all these trading on bad/good news is that what if a rich entity bought a lot of stocks of the so-called medicine producer on the cheap end, then intentionally spread the virus, germ, or chemicals that could cause the disease that could be treated by that perticular medicine?
