我該轉行嗎？

我做IT已7年了，在一家大的保險公司，收入不錯吧，可和頭兒關係不好，工作也沒什麽意思，有時覺得就這樣舒舒服服先混幾年，可一是覺得以後前途未卜，另外不喜歡現在的工作，想換一行。
一直想作個小學老師，一是有假期，又覺得適合我，幹到老也可以。我的顧慮是一，工資低，大概連現在的一半也拿不到，不是總說人往高處走嗎？二，怕作為外國人，語言文化的差異會加重工作的壓力，尤其是前幾年。我的英語還好，但總有顧慮。
請給些建議好嗎？謝謝！
