Should I say that I have been laid off?

I am laid off but I'll still be on the payroll for a couple of months. During this period of time, I still receive the regular paychecks bi-weekly and have benefit and even on the employee stock purchase plan. If I go to an interview, should I say that I have been laid off? Any suggestion is appreciated.
