你的建議很有道理。我問了這個位置的主要responsibility 和challenge是什麽，但沒有正麵問Paul的weakness. --- I guess this Executive Director is not satisfied with Paul (maybe it is not she who has given the acting opportunity to Paul). But I am too conservative (maybe deep in my heart I am not confident that I can take this position: I am the youngest and least experienced within the 5 candidates).
