什麽是Phone Screening？

今年五月份博士畢業，申請Boston一個研究所的一個技術支持的職位，今天接到HR的電話，明天她要給我一個大概20分鍾Phone Screening。 我問她是不是interview, 她說是。她的Title是Human Resource Specialist；不知道這樣的Screening都會問什麽問題，她說要問我的CV上的一些general的問題，不知道會不會涉及到專業知識和研究方麵的問題。請哪位有經驗的大俠分享一下，多謝！！！
