Last year, I quitted a stable job and went for a big 4. Worked as a slave during the past four months and then ended up this bad review. I always a good performer( in my old job, my performance exceeded the expectation). What is the difference between being lay off and fired? My friend told me that if i get fired, i might not able to claim for the unemployment. Any advice? Thanks,
