If you already passed the phone interview, then never mind about the "minimum four year experience". We Chinese tempt to be too serious and honest about our "year of experience". My friend A got a position of level III Clinical Research Associate without any field experience, even though the position asked for at least THREE YEARS of FIELD EXPERIENCE. At the same time, my other friend B got only an entry level position in the same company, even though she was an international physician and had much more clinical experience.

When you prepare for your interview, focus on what you have done and how much you already know. I don't know your career area, but a person holds a senior position usually functions under minimum supervision and has capability to mentor others to his junior.
