-- However, Employer need is not a degree, they need useful skills.

-- Therefore, since you already have a CS degree, that's enough. YES, IT IS ENOUGH! Don't wate your time and $ for another degree.
-- Instead, try to find a better way to pickup the marketable skill in a short time;
-- Experience can be gained in right way;
