緊急求救 -- 找工作4個月沒有麵試

我在華爾街工作近3年，被裁後找工作已4個月，發了無數簡曆，麵試甚少。我在trading 領域作support工作。找我的通常是recruiter,很多recruiter. 但一擔recruiter把我的簡曆發給招人的公司就沒下文了。大多沒有麵試機會。究竟問題出在哪了？是不是簡曆有問題？急死了。能給些意見嗎？萬分感謝！
