Good read. "Less is more" is actually a higher level

after you have some good content in the presentation. For beginners, they need to be in "more is better" stage. Need to prepare a lot more because beginners don't know which one will stir interest among the listeners and they don't know how to follow up and extend the discussion to higher level. They will rely on lots of materials they prepared beforehand.

You have been through it for two years and you are like a pro now. So "less is more" is really handy. Some of my better presentations normally have good graphics and charts, which boss and colleagues would still remember after a year. You will have to learn some excel spreadsheet skills and how to manipulate the data.

2 cents.
