from my observation, boss B doesn't like my boss's managerment of the project. reason 1: he skipped my boss to assign a team member to go to training. reason 2: the way they communicate doesn't impress me as they are good buddies.

As a matter of fact, my boss is not too bad. He OKed my request for working once from home per week. I just want to have a backup in case some day he fires me. I feel boss B doesn't dislike me, maybe I need to have more conversations with him when my boss is not around. what do you think?
