Boss is not in today,let's just enjoy typing

There's big problem,I have been struggling to apply for an online college program for youth education 2 months already,almost there,but all of the sudden they need 3 recommendation letters from my previous manager,friend and the previous professor from another college in terms of the security reason and the future growth,and all the references will require specific details such as:

1.The skill to slove the problem
2.Communication Skill
3.Maturity
4.Self-displine
5.Leadership Potential
6.Academic Capability
7.Professional Development
8.Personal Growth
9.Future Career Potential

This is picky,I would say that my previous boss will be more than happy just to simply answer any question over the phone other than have to refresh his memory to bring up what kind of the details personality I have and fill out the form.I gave up,this is impossible.

Well,this college does guarantee 85 till 95% grads will get hired within 6 months after the graduation,yah,but I might be that 5% out of 95% though.
