faculty interview

Today I had one phone interview with a Tier I university. The interview was anticipated for 1 hour, yet it was done less than 30min. A bit nervous over the phone and speaking a little fast and the chair requested to repeat somewhere twice. Could any faculty or sucsessful peers share some your thoughts? The chair did say that they would contact other applicants, and wouldn't be back to me in one month. Any hints behind the scene?
