1 。你跟老板的交流明顯不夠 - “經常直接向下安排工作,然後再告訴我”,顯然你沒有積極配合她的工作,新老板急需出成績證明自己,你如果不在她認為重要的地方出大力氣,她自然要親自出馬來派活了
2 。“今天發email給下邊,讓他們統一計算的方法(是我已經和合作的另外一個小組統一意見的)”Big mistake! Even you have agreed with another group, you need to discuss with the new boss first before issuing such important changes.
