Prepare yourself for change

I used to be in a similar situation like you. And finally and fortunately, I got laid off. Because I prepared for the change, I got a much better position immediately after layoff. Now I am at high technical and managerial level and enjoy everyday of my work.

My advice, prepare - study and gain experience. After Green Card, make a change and show the best of you. Fly as high as you can, nobody gonna block you. Good luck.
