老板居然要把project提前3個月

上次還在琢磨要不要跟老板提漲工資，這倒好，他在給我的今年的計劃裏，把我的3個項目的target date 都提前1到3個月。這根本是要 set me up to fail 嘛！更XX的是我2個月前就把這些項目的timeline給他了，他啥也沒說！現在又出妖蛾子。 頭疼該怎麽對付？
