有個問題:如何既打成一片,又不卑不亢

我混了快3個月了,處得還不錯,屬於coffee,donut你來我往的蜜月期,但是怎樣才能既打成一片,又不卑不亢,對所有人都笑嘻嘻的,隻怕人家會覺得:這個中國女的好會拍馬屁哦.

不是指對上,天下的老板沒有不喜歡拍馬P的,我指的是對同事,怎樣給人一種親切感,可以共事,又不會太隨便,怎樣把握這個尺度?怎樣把握這個距離?
