Can you enlist some one to help you?

I know it's not considered to be good to have your baby sent to China, or having the grandma looking after your baby all the time. But for a woman who have to work and balance the other end of life, there is no perfect solution. If you can't find some one to help you out, the best solution would be quit before the stress tears down your total health.
