oops_yz, Thanks for your suggestion. I know it probably best strategy for me right now, esp I need change H1 to H4 and my hu*****and is working so hard to keep his job. It just that I am not good at deal with pressure like this, (cold face, nag at you with trivials). I wanted to keep a good relationship and tried to please my manager, I found I got something worse. The balance just make me depressed.
