Don't threw away your hard earned degree and knowledge, do not need to take another useless degree.
Just pickup some useful and marketable skills, then start looking.
Yes, there are many health care DATA processing jobs in there, which need people. As long as you do not hate computer, this is a very good direction to go and relatively easier to enter.
