H1被雷,問unemployment benefit

請問各位XDJMs:
我是H1-B,剛被雷,請問我可以申請失業救濟嗎?會不會影響將來申請綠卡? H1被雷,就已經失去身分了,再領救濟是違法嗎?十分感謝.不同的洲會不一樣嗎?
