我自己對付"找茬同事"的經驗:
1.I do not take it personally.
2.Take these "茬" as a good way to improve my job quality, try my best to avoid the possibilities that such people can find excuses.
3."Soft touching", if you are sure that you are not wrong or there are some reasons behind such "茬", you still need to be calm down to clarify yourself. You may want to smile to her and talk to her slowly, professionally,yet firmly.At the end of the conversation,you may ask her " What else I can do to support you better going forward ?"
4.After such events, always follow up her and both bosses an email,briefly document what happened and what actions have been taken, as well as any open items and actions plans, make sure FOLLOW THROUGH.
