會計大俠們，請問如何做合並會計報表？

我以前在上市公司做的時候，隻做過intercompany reconciliation,從沒做過合並會計報表，以後想往這方麵找工，I would like to get advice from you on how do I consolidate the following transactions:
1: Accounts payable and Accounts receivable among Parent company and Subsidiary
2. Investment in the Subsidiary:
3. Interest revenue and expense lie a parent company loan money to a subsidiary or a subsidiary loan money to a parent company
4. Dividend revenue or expenses
5. Management fee
6 Sales and Purchase
