Thanks everyone for your input!

It's a difficult call for me. My current company is around the corner, but in a shaking industry. The new company is 40km driving on a extremely busy highway, but in a growing or stable industry. Pay + perk end up almost the same. I have a teenage kid to take care. It's hard decision in the beginning. I had difficult time to make up my mind to leave. I signed the offer and now my current boss is trying to change my mind everyday... I'm setting on fence again
