Interview!

I had an interview with the president and we had a great time talking to each other and he was apologized for the absent of the vice-president who was covered on my area, had an emergency leave. He asked me to call him back tomorrow to set up a time for me to meet some of other people. What do you think? Do you think it is a good sign? I have no any work experience in USA. Thanks a lot!
