Hello, I took a interview and the company is going to give me a offer. However, due to some regulations the company can't hire me because of my citizenship (I am US permanent resident and US citizenship pending). They told me that they can hire me as a consultant and then change to formal employee once I become USA citizenship. Anyone can give me some suggestions about this? The company's location is not so good, I want to join it because of its reputation. However, If I can't be hired as formal employee, it doesn't make sense to me to remove.
PS. I will have meeting with other companies next week, do I need to hold for this offer? Thank
Suggestion needed and Thanks!
