A: This is not a frank suggestion. Communication Skills are not English Skills. They are two concepts. I hope you can realize the difference. There is nothing related to joking with others. By the way, my English is poor also.

Please try to think from your supervisor and understand him/her. Have some candid conversation and exchange your thoughts in a positive atmosphere with honest attitude.

Q: Nobody deserve that! Also I am new in this group and my expertise isn't so important to my group. I am very sure how long I can stay in that group. That's why I want to quit instead of staying there. :(

If you can not help them, they will let you go. I disagree with many people that they are very intelligent or smart or very important to the group or the organization they work for.
If you have other choices, I think anyone including your supervisor will be happy to see that.
