隻有一句話。

你要勇敢的麵對你的老板（You need to deal with your boss directly)。

以下的是說明：
對不該你做的事就說你正忙著做project,沒空做其它的事，除非他給你個email to change your priority。同時，你要學會自我保護。例如，沒天記time sheet(in Excel is OK)，幹啥花了幾小時等等。然後，每天（或是每二，三天）給你老板發個summary，報告你的進度。通常拿到一個assignment後，應該自己給個期限完成（若沒有人給你期限的話），然後按照你的近度做。

所又的記錄都要存擋，每天更新。老板有意見時隨時拿出來backup自己，這不是要你跟老板吵架，隻是就事論事。
