肯定有這方麵因素

但不是絕對的。

老實說，我不喜歡當領導，因為麻煩，不想擔責任。我後來換工作，別人麵試時就希望我能夠擔起領導責任。一個公司，找一個合適的領導其實"很難". 如果咱們顯示領導能力，別人不會忽視的。因為真是難找。

如果我們書呆子脾氣不改，不說美國，回中國當領導都難啊。。
