depends on people

with some, there is no grudge at all. We end up to be quite close but keep arguing about anything. Others who like to take everything personal, even if just a few to-the-point questions, they can be offended. I try hard to avoid these people. mind you these are the ones like to stab from behind.
With sr managers, especially someone with substance, there is no problem to argue or disagree on technical problems. However, anything related with organization-wise issues can be very sensitive. I made a mistake there. just one lesson to share.
