說話看著對方眼睛的問題

說話看著對方眼睛好像是跟洋人說話的禮貌。作為中國人，我是花了一段時間適應這個的。

後來發現不是所有洋人喜歡被對方盯著說話。很不幸的是，我以前的一個直接領導就不喜歡我看著他說話。他比我高一大結，老一大結，但在我的目光下他就很很自信。
